A seasoned operations and engineering professional with over 28 years of experience across diverse industries, I bring a proven track record of driving operational excellence, innovation, and profitability. My journey began at the esteemed National Institute of Technology, Karnataka (formerly Regional Engineering College, Karnataka), where I honed my skills in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

I have had the privilege of contributing to the growth of several leading organizations, including Marico Industries, Frito-Lay India, Foster's Beer, Mondelez India, Sparkline Equipment, and JCB India. This diverse experience across FMCG (process) and Engineering (manufacturing) sectors has provided me with a deep understanding of complex operational challenges and a robust toolkit to address them.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to lead large teams, manage budgets and capital expenditures, and spearhead successful projects. My expertise encompasses advanced manufacturing technologies, IoT, Industry 4.0, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering over ₹500 Crore worth of projects focused on facility expansion, plant upgrades, and advanced automation.

My leadership style is characterized by meticulous planning, data-driven decision-making, clear communication, and a collaborative approach.
